Refund Policy
If for any reason you would like to return an item(s) purchased at woolybullyproducts.com, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase for a refund. The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to send package back and will NOT be credited back the shipping cost.

Shipping: Domestic and International
Domestic Orders
Free shipping for orders over $75.00. This order will be shipped via US Postal Service Flat Rate. Shipping will not be added to any domestic order over $75.00.
We will ship all other orders anywhere within the continental United States via US Postal Service, Priority Mail, Parcel Post and Flat Rate. Customers preference. Once the order is approved, a 2-3 day processing period will follow. Once the order is processed, please allow 2-3 business days for priority mail, 4-5 business days for parcel post and 6-8 for flat rate. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
International Orders
We offer international shipping to some countries. International shipping rates vary according to destination country and the weight of the item ordered. Charges will be calculated on each individual order. Additional customs and duty taxes may be charged on international orders. The customer is responsible for these fees. Flat rate is also available for $23.00 - Mexico and Canada, $37.00 for all other countries, up to 20 lbs. We cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments due to customs delays that are outside of our control.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated at check out. California residents, please check the appropriate county so the correct sales tax can be applied. Failure to select the appropriate tax county may delay in your order and also the incorrect sales tax will be applied.
